Exercise is not a requirement however we would always advise that you try to do a little gentle exercise wherever possible.
Do you eat this soup hot? Can I take out all the beef and replace with all chicken? And does it matter how much brown rice you have on day 7?
can anyone please help .. i utterly detest tomatoes so is there anything else i could eat instead . the soup is awfull so ive put cummin powder with it to hide the taste ..is that ok ..looking 4ward to day 5/6 with meat ..
We would recommend grilling the steak rather than frying and also try to go for lean beef. I hope this helps.
Your body needs the potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium, if you do not like the milk and bananas may I suggest alternative’s that contain the above.

Hi, just started this diet today….and I must say…the soup is horrible 🙁 Iv had to add a lot of pepper so Im able to actually stomach it….is there another soup alternative that I could use?
