The Military Diet.
Weight loss is why we do the Military Diet in the first place. Water temporarily raises your metabolic rate meaning you burn more calories. People who drink at least the recommended amount of water per day (8 glasses) on a diet lose more weight than those who don’t. The more you drink, the more you lose!
It is impossible to predict how much weight an individual will lose on a restrictive 1-week diet as everyone is different.

The Military Diet doesn’t ask you to avoid carbs, dairy, or other food groups. You may not want to eat out when you’re on the program, though, because the food choices are very strict, and you probably won’t find them on a normal menu.
How to make: Remove the peel from one grapefruit, chop the fruit and add to your pitcher of water overnight.
Military Diet Plan.
Weight loss is possible on the 3 Day Diet, but only because it is very low in calories. Going back to so-called "normal eating" does little to promote a healthier lifestyle; instead the pattern promotes undesirable yo-yo dieting or an on-again off-again approach to weight management that is not successful long term. Bottom line? Keep looking for a well-balanced weight loss plan that controls calories every day, such as Mediterranean, Vegetarian, or Vegan, or low-fat diets.
