There are a few huge rules. First and foremost – never skip meals or eat at irregular times. You want to hit every meal and eat it at the right time – consistency is key (1).
Best Reason of All People who are really out of shape, who start exercising, get fitter faster! The fact is your body wants to be in shape. It wants to be healthy. It wants to look good. It wants to be hot! So, the more out of shape you are, the faster your body will respond to your weight loss efforts.
What I’m talking about here is combining a strict diet plan with proper exercise . That’s the absolute best way to lose weight – and to lose weight naturally.
Day 4 – Bananas and Milk.
Of course, you still have to pick the right diet plan. That’s why I want to talk about one of my favorites.
This could lead to a never-ending cycle of dieting, losing weight, regaining it, and then dieting again- sometimes referred to as yo-yo dieting.
Day 3 – Fruits and Vegetables.
On day 5 are you only allowed tomatoes, all day, and a cup of rice at lunch time? I don’t usually drink milk. Will day 4 be as effective if I don’t drink the milk? If it’s a must what milks best, skimmed or semi skimmed? Can you have tea, black/fruit, without milk?
