Love the ideas and the meal plans. However, can’t do soy, eggs, gluten or added sugar. Ideas for breakfasts that don’t include those? All breakfast ideas seem to have eggs. So frustrating!

I do not like feta cheese, I have tried it and I just don’t like it. What can I substitute or can I just leave it out? Same goes for Greek yogurt, plan regular yogurt be substituted?
