Sorry folks, but caffeine should not be consumed during this cleanse & detox. If you’re a heavy caffeine user, we suggest that you slowly ween yourself off caffeine before attempting the cleanse. Going cold-turkey on caffeine can cause headaches and other negative side effects.
If you think you’ll be juicing after the cleanse ends, we recommend buying a high-powered juicer ( like this Breville juicer ). Otherwise, you can use any kind of blender and add water to the drink recipes to make them work. Which is better? Really it’s a matter of personal preference.
Note: If a listed ingredient is not in season or available where you live, substitute something similar.
